GeoInformatician, researcher, programmer, and project manager in the geographic information domain. I am interested in Earth System Science, particularly Land Cover and Land Use Change. I specialize in Spatial Data Infrastructures and the analysis of large amounts of Earth Observation data.

I’m a Research Assistant at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) in Brazil at the Tropical Ecosystems and Environmental Sciences lab TReesLab.

My research interests are Land Use and Land Cover change in the Amazon, in particular forest degradation due to wildfires.
